Will It Really Be A Ha1ly Day?Did you press the update button by mistake? Are you using an out the box 3.1 iphone 3gs? Are you carrier unlocked or waiting to unlock?
Well another dev team has announced another jailbreak and unlock system in production which starts in beta testing today with a release day said to be Sunday (Ha1lday) this week, is there any truth in it? Lets wait and see.
The jailbreak is called appuloha1l, it will have versions for windows, mac, linux. It will be an automatic jailbreak with only 1 click and will take less than a minute to complete. It will work on otb3.1 3gs and ipt3.
The soft unlock will be called ferociousbird, yes you read it right, again it will work on all iphones including otb3.1 3gs, and will unlock baseband 05.11.07, too good to be true?
Tethering can also be set up on AT&T iphone 3.1, this can be done inside appuloha1l jailbreak system.
To run any of these you will first need to download and install ha1ltunes, what is ha1ltunes? You know when you check for updates through itunes and it shows you the new update (eg firmware 3.2.1 is now available for download)? ha1ltunes intercepts that. It will not show that update message, instead it will show the update message with a download button pointing to the latest appuloha1l or ferociousbird download and jailbreak instructions. If this is all true and all works, it will be a great system as it will stop any accidental upgrades which cause you to lose your jailbreak or unlock, and will make it easier for newcomers to the jailbreak world.
