With the release of Pwnage Tool 3.1.4, custom ipsw files have been created to help out those who do not have Macs. Enjoy!

Instructions :

Just open itunes and press Shift Restore to browse the .IPSW file..
So simple you dont even need to put iphone in DFU Mode.
