How To Install Custom Carrier Logos

Before attempting this make sure to check Cydia just incase the logos you want are there, doing it this way is always easier, and you might also find custom signal bars and wifi bars to customise your device further.

Before Starting You Must Ensure ;

Winscp is installed on your pc

Your iPhone must be jailbroken

You must install ; OpenSSH & AutomaticSSH on your iphone via Cydia

1. Browse and download the logos of your choice from www.modmyi.com to your desktop. These normally come in pairs, one has white text and the other has black., You need both.

2. Rename these files as follows ;

Default_CARRIER_O2-UK

FSO_CARRIER_O2-UK

3. Open ssh on iphone, make sure to have a good wifi connection.

4. Open winscp on your pc and login to your device.

5. In the right hand column, select ; back / back / back / system / library / carrier bundles / then scroll down to and open your carrier (eg O2 UK).

6. Highlight the original logos and copy them to pc just incase. Now drag and drop the new logos into the carrier folder and select ; copy / yes to overwrite.

7. Exit winscp and reboot iphone, the new logos should now be there.
